Are you enclosing additional participant photographs and/or materials? We can include one photograph or logo with your listing on our website. File format allowed: .jpg only - less then 5 megabytes

PLEASE NOTE: to be eligible for MINDS WIDE OPEN, programs must be themed Children and the Arts, presented between March and June 2012 and should be part of your organization’s regular season. There will be no charge to participate. Your organization, however, will be responsible for funding for the program and its local promotion, as there will be no designated grant funding through MINDS WIDE OPEN.
